Join Rhyze Mushrooms Edinburgh at Lauriston Farm for a full-day, hands-on workshop exploring how mushroom cultivation can contribute to more resilient and sustainable food systems.

Learn the basics of indoor and outdoor mushroom growing, including cultivating oyster mushrooms on waste materials, growing fungi outdoors and using worm composting. The day combines practical activities, demonstrations and discussion, with participants taking home their own mushroom grow kit and other resources.

A vegan lunch, tea and coffee are included.
