Climate Café at the Festival of Politics

  • Scottish Parliament Building Horse Wynd Edinburgh, Scotland, EH99 1SP United Kingdom (map)

Drop into the Climate Café at the Scottish Parliament’s Festival of Politics for an informal space to meet others, have a chat and explore ideas around climate action.

You don’t need to be a climate expert to take part - the café is open to everyone, offering a relaxed space to share perspectives, make connections and talk about the climate issues that matter to you. The café will be open all day - but you can drop in for as little or as long as you like throughout the day.

From 4.30pm, the organisers of Saturday’s Climate Café at the Edinburgh Fringe will be joining the space, continuing conversations around creativity, culture and how we can work towards a more sustainable Fringe.

If you joined Saturday’s gathering - or are interested in arts, culture, sustainability and the future of the Fringe - this is another opportunity to come along, connect and continue the conversation.

When: Thursday 27 August 2026
Where: Scottish Parliament, Edinburgh
Cost: Free
