Edinburgh Canal Festival returns on Saturday 20th June along the Union Canal, with activities taking place across sites including Lochrin Basin, Harrison Park and Fountainbridge Green.

The free, community-led festival celebrates the canal and the organisations based around it, with a programme including live music, family activities, canal boat experiences, canoe polo, workshops, community stalls and climate-focused activities. Fountainbridge Green will once again host a dedicated climate action and social enterprise area, showcasing local groups and projects. 

The festival is open to all ages, with most activities free to take part in. Full programme details are published on the festival website.
