Join researchers from the University of Edinburgh and the University of Queensland for a one-day workshop exploring how communities can support parents and children in responding to climate emotions.
Through talks, creative activities and discussion, the workshop will examine research from Australia and Scotland on climate anxiety, family life and emotional wellbeing. Participants will also have the opportunity to contribute ideas for community-based support strategies that help build resilience, hope and collective action.
The event welcomes parents, community organisations, researchers and anyone interested in supporting families to navigate the emotional impacts of the climate crisis. Registration closes on 18th August.
