His eleventh book, 'Love, Anger & Betrayal', visits the latest generation of climate activists and documents the experiences of 26 insightful young people - his co-authors - who joined Just Stop Oil's Nonviolent Civil Resistance. The book reveals their passion for a just and sustainable transition away from our global economic and cultural dependence on fossil fuels. But who, with the political power, is listening?

Author of many highly respected books, Porritt believes it's 'not too late' to avoid climate breakdown. But that very soon it will be.

Putting his money where his mouth is, Jonathon has twice been arrested recently under Terrorism legislation for his involvement in Defend Our Juries' 'Lift the Ban' campaign to de-proscribe Palestine Action. He was arrested alongside hundreds of others for peacefully holding a placard reading "I oppose Genocide. I support Palestine Action".
