Head to Pianodrome Bruntsfield Community Hub for a brand new five-day festival celebrating DIY culture, creativity and local community.

Supported by the Edinburgh Council Local Events Fund, Make It Yourself brings together makers, musicians, artists and community organisations for hands-on workshops, live music, art exhibitions, open mic performances and drop-in activities, all rooted in upcycling, innovation and working together.

Activities range from instrument making and textile upcycling to gadget dissection, theatrical character creation and meditative mark-making, with many workshops free and drop-in. There’ll also be live music every day, spanning folk, jazz, soul, Brazilian music and more.
