Join Nourish Scotland for their second public diners conference.
This year, they’re going international: Nourish Scotland will draw inspiration from people making public diners happen in other countries, and connect with a growing global movement working to make nutritious, delicious, low-cost food available to everyone.
Together, they’ll consider what it would take to embed public diners in Scotland and explore the role state-supported restaurants could play in delivering the Good Food Nation ambition — and how they might become a powerful intervention in reshaping our food system. The work of this conference will also inform the next steps for the public restaurant test site in Dundee.
Whether you’re a food activist, policymaker, practitioner or citizen, come and be part of shaping the future of public diners.
Note: They don’t want cost to be a barrier. If ticket price is an issue, e-mail Josie [josie@nourishscotland.org.uk] for a free code - no questions asked.
