Join The Outsiders at The Melting Pot for a community screening of The People’s Emergency Briefing on Tuesday 8 July.

Bringing together nine leading UK scientists and experts, the film explores the latest evidence on the climate and nature crisis and what it means for everyday life in the UK, including:

• 🌧️ Extreme weather

• 🍞 Food security

• 🏥 Health

• 💷 The cost of living

Based on the National Emergency Briefing held in Westminster, the film features contributions from Chris Packham, Deborah Meaden and a range of experts from across the UK.

Following the screening, there will be a facilitated discussion exploring what the film means for local communities and the actions people can take together.

Tickets are available on a General Admission, Pay What You Can or Pay It Forward basis.

Ticket income helps cover the costs of running the event, including venue hire, refreshments and staffing, while supporting future community screenings and opportunities for people to come together around climate action.
