Join the Edinburgh and the Lothians Cargo Bike Network for a family-friendly Cargo Bike Carnival on the Meadows, celebrating the role cargo bikes can play in creating a lower-carbon transport system for Edinburgh.

There’ll be plenty of cargo bikes to see and try, alongside bike games, stalls, a best-dressed bike competition, a ride around the Meadows and a world record attempt. If you already own a cargo bike, bring it along and join in!

The event will also see the launch of a new report, developed with support from Spokes, exploring the collective impact of local cargo bike sharing schemes.
