Communities Engaging in Nature Conference

  • Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh Edinburgh, Scotland, EH3 5NZ United Kingdom (map)

How can community projects help more people connect with nature, support wellbeing and create positive change for both people and planet?

Hosted by the Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh, this one-day conference brings together community groups, practitioners and organisations from across Scotland to share experiences, exchange ideas and explore the power of community-led nature projects.

Through presentations, interactive workshops and discussions, the day will explore themes including community growing, nature connection, wellbeing, environmental skills and collaborative approaches to creating and caring for green spaces.

There will also be opportunities to hear from inspiring projects, connect with others working in this space and reflect on how we can strengthen community action for nature.

Tickets: £0–£50, with fully funded and reduced-price places available. Lunch and refreshments are included.

Accessibility: The venue is wheelchair accessible, and BSL interpretation can be arranged on request.
