We’re Moving to Humanitix
We’re pleased to share that ECCAN has moved to Humanitix as our new event booking platform.
As an organisation committed to supporting community-led climate action, we wanted a ticketing platform that reflects our values. Humanitix is a social enterprise that has reimagined the traditional ticketing model by directing 100% of its profits from booking fees to charity, rather than to private shareholders. Since launching in 2016, the organisation has donated over £10.8 million to charitable projects both locally and globally.
Those funds have supported programmes tackling poverty, improving access to education and healthcare, protecting the environment, supporting Indigenous communities and providing life’s basic necessities to people who need them most. Humanitix carefully selects its charity partners to maximise the impact of every ticket sold, meaning every booking fee helps create positive change beyond the event itself.
The platform itself is intuitive, easy to use and offers a wide range of features for event organisers. We know many organisations across the ECCAN network are already using Humanitix, and we’d happily recommend it to anyone looking for an ethical alternative to traditional ticketing platforms.
